The time allowed for presentation is predefined. We ask all the speaker to obey the allocated time.
Introductory lectures
Duration of introductory lectures to 25 min.
Invited lectures
Duration of the lectures is 15-20 min.
PC MS Power Point 98 and higher versions for computer LCD multimedia presentation will be available. There will be no slide projection facilities or overhead projection possibilities.
POSTERS
The allocated poster size is 0,90 m wide and 1,0 m high. The posters would be displayed throughout the
Congress and suitable fixing materials (adhesive tape) would be provided by the organizers.
During poster session there will be a three-minute oral presentation followed by short discussion in front of each poster.
LANGUAGE
The official languages of the meeting are languages of the people in Bosnia and Herzegovina and English. No simultaneous translation will be provided.
